SabreBond SMP60 is a fast-curing, high-strength structural bonding adhesive/sealant based on silyl modified polymer (SMP). SabreBond SMP60 has been developed for primerless bonding of metals, alloy, glass, and many plastics. It is suitable for internal/external bonding and sealing applications in automotive, mass transportation, commercial vehicle, caravan, marine, rail and aerospace industries. SabreBond SMP60 has high-performance mechanical properties and excellent UV performance in harsh climatic conditions. SabreBond SMP60 is chemically neutral and does not contain isocyanates, silicone or solvents. Applications: Panel Bonding Structural elastic bonding General industrial bonding and sealing Backfilling/seaming Exterior Sealing Control joint sealing Anti-pick joint sealing How to use: Method: Manual or pneumatic caulking gun. Application Temperature: +10°C until +30°C Substrate Preparation: Ensure substrates are clean, dry and free of dust and grease. Priming: When bonding, Sabre Surface Activator may be used on non-porous surfaces. When bonding or sealing porous surfaces (e.g., concrete), Sabre Primer PX is recommended.
