BOSTIK TUF AS NAILS

Original: A fast drying, solvent based panel mastic adhesive. Bonds quickly on contact, adds rigidity and stiffness and eliminates movement. Excellent gunnability, even at low temperatures, with very low slump on vertical and overhead applications. Suitable for use on LOSP (not solvent wet) framing. Very good wet grab (early strength). Recommended for acrylic shower linings, polystyrene, steel and aluminium, timber and hardboard, .plasterboard, cement sheet and concrete General Purpose: General construction adhesive designed for bonding most panels to vertical studs or overhead joists. Excellent non slump behaviour during application. The cured adhesive is very tough and flexible. Very good wet grab (good wet body, or initial grip) and adhesion to a wide range of substrates. Recommended for formica, particleboard, steel and aluminium, timber and hardboard, plasterboard, cement sheet and concrete, brick work. Water Based (WB): Specially formulated non-toxic high strength acrylic stud adhesive designed to minimize nail and screw popping caused by timber shrinkage or frame movement if applied in accordance with AS 2589-1983. Reduces the quantities of nails and screws required to fix plasterboard, therefore reducing the fastener head stopping and finishing requirements. Recommended to fix plasterboard to steel or timber studs and frames (in conjunction with nails and screws), filling irregular gaps between plasterboard and frame, bonding clipboard, plywood, Masonite and Hardie-Flex, and sheeting to studs or solid walls.
