Andreae spray booth exhaust filters have been the industry standard for spray booth extraction filtration for many years due to a very effective means of capturing up to 98% spray booth overspray, without the filter becoming quickly clogged as in other types of filter. The design causes the airflow to change direction, with paint particles caught and held by the principle of inertia separation. Made of heavy kraft paper which is punched, pleated and glued together with 2 extension limiters ensuring the filter will be fitted to its maximum load capacity. The pleated style gives a large surface area for filtration. Quick and straightforward to install and replace. Can be cut to suit if required. Recommended booth air velocity 0.5–1m/second.
